Bish Bash Bosh with a 2TB m.2 drive and it was securley attached and connected, a few raspi-config twiddles to update the boot loader and boot order and a sudo rpi-eeprom-config --edit to just 2 adjust the BOOT_ORDER=0xf416 parameters... the pi5 now boots in 10 secs with no sdcard... "there be no need for Keelhauling now !" excellent result :)”
