“A very useful addition to my sofa but I personally found it rather firm, although I do have existing neck problems. However, after removing most of the stuffing and loosely rewinding the remainder, it is now very comfy indeed. Clearly, the stuffing I removed can be saved in case it needs to be re-introduced at a later date. Wish I'd bought this item before I bothered with all the expensive bolster cushions! The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the weight prevents it from being machine washed.”
