“Despite my removing around two thirds of the stuffing it is still too thick and springy so that I have to actively press my head back into it all the time. Also the side pieces are too thick. The cushion is so uncomfortable to use that I am going to have to try and find another one. Having said all that it has helped to cure my head pain and it prevents my head from lolling sideways if I fall asleep.”

“The neck pillow works perfectly, I had to take out some of the stuffing as it was to hard, but it works great. I did think it was I little bit expensive and it took a while to decide if to buy it. It has helped with my neck pain and back pain. Would recommend, but it is expensive.”
