They stayed in touch with our school right up until the delivery date, they delivered on time and two lovely delivery men set the tree up and gave clear instructions on how to look after the tree. Our beautiful 7ft tree has certainly put smiles on our children's faces!! Thank you so much!!”

“I have never ordered a tree online before so was worried about whether this was a good idea. However I needn’t have worried. The tree delivered was excellent in size and shape and has looked fabulous since we got it in early December. The updates on delivery were welcome and the delivery guys were polite and helpful. I will definitely use Pines and Needles again. Thank you.”

“Whilst the shape of our tree is beautiful, it's not even Christmas and it's already dead due to the bark being shaved off at the bottom of the trunk. If I'd have known they were going to shave the bark off the bottom, I'd have got a cheaper tree from my local market.”
