“This was the first time I've ordered a tree online and I was totally impressed with how easy it was. My tree is gorgeous, but the top is just a tad wonky (like it was growing towards the sun) so I'm not able to put a star on top. It leans to the side and would fall off. But I'm not mad about that. I still looks fab without it. Thanks guys.”

How was our Service?

“We had very mixed service, ending up having four different trees in and out of the house. The first had a twig at the top. This was replaced by what seemed a very small tree. Compared to the trees we usually have it was tiny. This was replaced by two 7 ft trees that were both small compared to other years. The office were great, but the delivery drivers just wanted to get in and out asap, they didn't care abut whether we were happy or not. Given we were paying for them to erect the tree, we expected a bit more of their tome than that. In the end they delivered and 8ft tree and dumped it on the doorstep. I then struggled to get the tree in and up- with my partner who is just out of hospital. So, it's the worst service we've had from Pines and Needles and I won't risk using them again next year- it's too stressful. Maybe the company has become too big in to offer the personal service that used to define the business? I'll be going elsewhere next year, which is sad after over ten years of buying our trees from P&N. I've added photos of the twig tree, one of the 7ft tree in comparison with the 7ft tree we had last year.”
