“For the last three years I have ordered exactly the same size and type of tree. This one this year is embarrassing. It measures 7ft but by goodness what a ridiculously measly tree. The previous ones have filled the whole corner...this one we had to put up on a box and is so skinny. Utterly disappointed.”
