“The staff was lovely. They had prepped the room with a birthday card for my wife. They took great care of our dog making sure she had treats and a sausage in the morning. Lovely stay overall. Would highly recommend it.”

“The dunes hotel is a fantastic place to stay, this is down to the fantastic friendly staff. It’s a great place to eat, not pub food, but real restaurant quality. Breakfasts were fantastic. Super dog friendly place. Great place to explore the lakes”

“Excellent hotel, facilities, food and staff. Very welcoming and made our dog very welcome. Excellent package including breakfast and evening meal vouchers. We'll worth the money. Roanhead beach near the hotel is well worth a visit and brilliant for the dogs. Thanks (stayed 9th to 12th November 2023)”

“We stayed at the Dune hotel for three nights with our dog. All of the staff made us feel very welcome. We felt that the food and service was up to a very high standard. It was nice to have a treat bag in our room for the dog. She very much enjoyed her sausage each day. Would definitely recommend the Dune and hope to return.”

“Staff great but not enough of them, food fantastic, would not describe the room as executive standard, wonderfull view of staff car park from window.”

“What a great hotel. Food and service was very good. Our Cockapoo enjoyed every minute. Treats on the table and sausage every morning ! We walked to the sands which took about 50 minutes there and back, worth it though.”

“We stayed at The Dunes Hotel for 5 nights. Everyone was really helpful from changing to a different room to tips on where to go. The food there was just fantastic- we had breakfast and evening meal included- and the dogs were spoilt with treats galore available. The decor in the restaurant and bar areas was lovely- a real costal theme- and the log burner in the entrance was a lovely welcome after a day out walking. Must mention the great service from Connor and Charlotte- all the staff were lovely but we didn't get everyone's names. Thank you!”
