“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been doing the 5:2 with Nutriseed, having their juices twice a week and eating my normal healthy diet the rest of the time. It’s been brilliant! The juice days are so easy because there’s no need to think about what to eat or prepare. I can simply rest my mind and body and enjoy five delicious juices throughout the day. And they really are delicious! And the best news, I've lost a very stubborn stone in weight. I’m able to just get on with life, without feeling like I’m doing a complicated diet. It’s simple, enjoyable and has fitted into my life really easily. Highly recommend!”

“Very nice flavours. Only juice I didn’t enjoy was Nujito. Way too bitter! Also I was hoping they were larger than 250mls since I’m fasting the entire day… but a very good idea.”

“Juices are delicious but it wasn’t clear that I was ordering a month’s supply. I wish I could’ve added a couple if different juices. It only let me order 5 flavours. I think I will get bored of the same 5 for 4 weeks.”

“Only tried for 2 weeks as just needed a quick reset. Everything arrived intact and well packaged. Found whole process easy without thinking about food/calories ect. Wasn't even hungry although felt a bit light headed on first day. Managed to lose 5 lbs! Highly recommend”
