“I am really enjoying this 5:2 programme. I have followed it to the letter and dropped 2.5kg in 2 weeks. I only have 1 reservation, which relates to the sugar contect in the juices. I am genuinely interested in this aspect as it is the only negative thing I have found. The recommended daily allowance of suger per day is 30g. Some of the juices have 25g of sugar meaning that, taking a number of them would mean you are well exceeding your daily recommended amount of sugar. I think I need to look at which juices I am choosing as I may have inadvertently chosen the more sugar heavy j I have 2 weeks more supply but I am going to look into this more and, to be honest, it will influence whether or not I continue with the programme.”

“I was worried I wouldn’t like the juices as I didntvlike the thought of some of the vegetable based ones, having not enjoyed similar things in the past. However all the juices I’ve tried so far have been lovely. I haven’t felt as hungry as I thought I would either, which is a bonus. The total superfoods powder is also surprisingly nice. I haven’t felt already lost around 1-2kg by week 3 and definitely sleep better after having a juice day. Would happy recommend!”
