“Finished my first week and noticed a difference straight away, bloat dramatically reduced and the bra bulge has def reduced! I did the first week without a workout routine - that comes next week! The juices are delicious and it is such a convenient method of healthier living. I would order the month supply but we only have a small freezer”

“I'm finding the juicing days really quite easy so far. I have a chai latte at around 11am. Then a soup at 1ish a juice mid afternoon, another soup at 6pm and a strawberry chia seed pudding in the evening. To keep myself on track I plan a lovely breakfast for the following day and have an early night!”

“Excellent fasting system that has helped me lose a stone in just a month! Most of the juices are tasty but wider care needs to be taken for those with nut or fish allergies - I have to read all the ingredients and I can't have a lot of the more "solid" food (porridge etc) due to almond milk used in lots of things. Collagen shits have shellfish warning on then which I missed first time round. Overall, highly effective at supporting weight loss and some really tasty drinks.”
