“Completed my first week and lost 4 lbs. Ive tried many different diets but 5:2 definitely seems to be the winner for me. Would definitely recommend adding their cocoa banana oats to your 5 - eat it warm and then it breaks up just drinking juice. Ive put in another 2 week order and hopefully will continue to see these results”
