“Its a brilliant program and for a very busy person like myself with full time high demanding job, lots of travel and small kids this comes really handy and all juices are ready made. Even if I travel I put them in my cold lunch Bach and have them throughout the day. And then and the other 5 days I can eat normal so does not impact me. I started the program 3 weeks ago and lost 4 kg. I am looking forward for my 10 kg milestone but really confident I can make it”
