“Excellent fasting system that has helped me lose a stone in just a month! Most of the juices are tasty but wider care needs to be taken for those with nut or fish allergies - I have to read all the ingredients and I can't have a lot of the more "solid" food (porridge etc) due to almond milk used in lots of things. Collagen shits have shellfish warning on then which I missed first time round. Overall, highly effective at supporting weight loss and some really tasty drinks.”

“Only just started on this diet so cannot really say much but so far so good. I chose a good selection of drinks. There is a very good variety. However, I will have to change some of them because the ones with ginger in are too strong for me.”

“Nutriseed gives me the incentive to plan and undertake a 5:2 diet. It’s not easy but I think it works, and allows you to eat and drink normally on the other 5 days. I’m going to attempt it for 8 weeks and see how much thinner I feel.”
