“The product is good but it took over a week to get the order even tho we chose "next day delivery". Appalling delivery service with poor communication. Our parcels arrived over two days when they eventually turned up. We were going to order our son's entire bedroom furniture but we will not be ordering anything else from this company. Shame.”

“Noa&Nani are the worst company I have ever dealt with - stay far away from ordering anything from them. I placed an order for a child's trundle bed before Christmas, and paid for next day delivery. When it arrived, we tried to put it together, only to notice that one piece of the trundle bed had a hole drilled in the wrong place, ineffectively, making it impossible to hold the bed together. I called the company the next day, and had to call every day, several times a day, to get anyone to help me. No one returned my calls, and all I was repeatedly told was that they needed to contact the manufacturer before they could do anything. Two weeks have passed, with me constantly chasing Noa&Nani. Finally, they told me that they would send me the spare piece, and that I would receive it the next day. The next day, nothing came. I called to complain, and they insisted it must be a problem with their courier, and that they would resend a new piece. Once again, nothing came. This has been going on for almost three weeks now, and I still do not have the piece needed to put my son's bed together. Their customer service is awful - and management never returns your calls. This is the second bed I have purchased from this company. I also had problems with the first one, and should have learned my lesson. Never again, buyer beware...”

“I have just read a review....and person said all I agree with...not overly nice people to deal with....as I say I am happy to come back to comment on how soon they refund item which has been waiting for return from before Christmas.....very sad as I was hoping to recommend to my family who are looking for similar items.”

“Ordered two of these. A totally different colour arrived. Not once did the company apologise for the error and were not overly pleasant to deal with when trying to rectify. They don't actually sell the item as listed so I'm not sure why they advertise it as so. The experience has put me off purchasing further items for fear of having to repeat the whole painful return process!”
