“I do not recommend. table, chair, bench were in other wood colors. in general it does not resemble what is on the pictures. now claim that they are no longer on stoc to trade and they can give us a refund and we can order a different one. prices have gone up because the promotions have already ended. I will never order anything again, because now I have been left without a table and to order another one I have to wait 2 weeks.”

“Shocking service! No army tent sent - I had to call to find out why. I was informed there was no stock after I called. Little boy was left with no mattress and no tent. He has now had to opt for the pirate tent which does not tie in with his army bedding and toys which were purchased specifically to toe in with the army theme. No goodwill gesture offered by “management” just a £15 voucher to use in future purchases. Absolutely shocking service. A simple sorry and goodwill gesture would have resulted in me telling everyone what a fantastic company you are. Instead, I intend to spread the word that the deliveries and service are way below expectations and that this company should be avoided at all costs! What a shame you let yourselves down in this way.”

“To say this is supposed to be sturdiest bed is a joke the frame is ok but the slats are flimsy I’ve had to put a chipboard base to make it something like a proper bed my sons 14 6ft tall he just wanted somewhere to lay his head I would rethink the bed slats and offer a more solid option I ordered this bed on a Tuesday paid the extra to get next day delivery didn’t come problems at depot then emailing to find out what’s going on is a sham finally got the slats Friday and the rest of the bed sat night”

“Nice bed spacious double bed but delivery was not convenient as xdp didn't give enough notice when they are delivering. Also tried to cancel delivery but no response.”

“You get what you pay for I guess - for the price I'm quite happy, but the fixings were poor quality, and the drilled holes in some places needed some attention. The wood is also soft enough that if you aren't careful you can over tighten the bolts. Finally, I won't purchase anything from Noa and Nani again because they use XDP, and I wasted 3 working days and one Saturday waiting for them to show up. N & N customer services were helpful, but their management too cowardly to back them up by taking a call.”

“I would love to review my cabin bed, but I do not have it!! I ordered it 18 days ago and it has STILL NOT ARRIVED!! I am absolutely disgusted with this company, I had to chase it up after I had some slats delivered a day late, and was told the bed had been lost and another one would be dispatched immediately. I called again to ask where my bed was, to be told, sorry it didn’t make it on the delivery van.... I have heard nothing since then..... it is now 18 days later! Not once have I been offered any compensation for my inconvenience, which I find appalling!!!”

“Utterly shocking service two weeks after ordering I had to contact them to discover they had apparently lost this item! They had no more in stock so offered to send a replacement. Again after a week I had to email to get it sent! When it finally did arrive it was missing the mattress I also paid for!!! Again upon emailing it was lost and now out of stock (website says otherwise). They are now refusing to refund my £85. I am a single mother left without a bed for my two year old shocking. Never buy from them!”
