“We ordered the coffee table, it never arrived, even though online it says that the table is dispatched. We did not get a refund either. No one send us an email, or called us. Even very surprised we have to write a review on an item we never got. This is very bad customer service.”

“Ordered this bunk bed with a deluxe mattress only to receive an email the next day stating that they were out of stock to which I would receive a refund for and await my bunk beds when they arrived I once again had another problem they had sent me another part and I had to call woman on the phone was extremely unhelpful and unapologetic my daughter had no bed for two days & we didn’t even receive an apology bed was good but the service was shocking.”

“I'll start by saying that the product, once mounted is just 'ok', purely because of its looks, and that's the ONLY good thing about it. Long to mount and not easy, but at least instructions were understandable. The contents of my package had several dents and scratches here and there. The product is not worth the full price, and it definitely won't be long lasting furniture. But just steer clear of this company, dishonest practices, don't reply, leave you hanging for weeks. WORST experience ever. I'm just appalled at the bad service and second rate item, I waited a month for a refund. Further on the cabinet, the final product is a bit shaky, beware that you have to be very good a mounting the legs, it's not as spacious as it would look in their pictures (it won't fit ankle boots, very high heels, mules, at least not without damaging the shoe), and the gaps are irregular between drawers. Material is also very sensible to scratches, which don't go away with cleaning.”

“Overall a disappointing experience purchasing from this company. The caravan tent and tunnel arrived but was damaged (not during delivery). Finally managed to organise a return with them and the bed slats that had been included but not ordered. Ten days later and I'm still waiting for my refund. I really don't think I will be ordering from them again.”

“Although now it is insitu it is ok, I have to say that the assembly was a nightmare. Some of the pieces were labelled wrong, and in one piece the holes were in completely the wrong place. We were then very frustrated to find that your customer service/advice is closed at the weekend so we had no one to ask about it. Luckily my husband is quite handy with a drill and rectified the problem. Not something you expect to do when paying £100 for a piece of furniture!”

“From ordering to delivery it took a while. Courier had told nao and Nani they had tried to deliver twice however then rang me for directions and didn’t have a van until the week after.bunk beds arrive filthy footprints all over the boxes. Beds are as expected and little girl loves them however not sure I will buy from you again”

“The product is nice but absolutely not worth the hassle of buying it from this company. The delivery took over a week to arrive for "next day delivery" and when it eventually turned up it was just the table and the chairs came the next day?! Ridiculous service. Poor communication. Will not be ordering anything else from this company.”
