“Lovely bed, good quality. Terrible delivery experience where I received no indication it was arriving until I got contacted by my neighbours saying several large boxes had been left abandoned in our shared driveway. I had to get a taxi home from work to move them, and back to work again. Customer service really didn’t care and wouldn’t offer any compensation. I wouldn’t order again as they can’t seem to see that their computer system of letting people know something will be delivered is flawed, they only wanted to blame the delivery company and told me to seek compensation with the delivery people .”

“I received bed and 2 of the front boards where very damaged. I contacted via the online contact form which stated 2 working days for response. A week later no response or acknowledgement of my concern and issue with parts of the bed. Very poor customer service.”

“Still waiting for it to arrive ordered on the 4th so can't tell you what it's like yet! I have asked for a date of delivery multiple times by email but keep getting its with the courier and will be with you shortly!”

“Quality of chest of draws are beautiful, however, I have received the wrong side panels for the draws. I emailed customer services who took days to get back to me, they then sent out the “correct parts” which weren’t the correct parts so I currently have half a unit up. This has been the case for over two weeks! There is no number for customer service so you have to wait days for someone to reply just to say they are looking into it! Won’t purchase again been nothing but hassle and still not resolved. If I wasn’t heavily pregnant I would have sent them back but I don’t have the time to look for new! Hopefully issue is resolved soon, although I’m not holding my breath.”

“We received the incorrect bed base, I have struggled to get hold of customer service, there is no phone number and it seems to take days to even get a response to email. It had been agreed to send the correct bed and pick up the incorrect one but now have not heard anything about when. It’s really frustrating.”
