“Very poor customer service with this company and I certainly won’t be making and further purchases! Bought this shelf with the bed and it still hasn’t been delivered two week later! Told another one has been dispatched but unable to advice when we could expect delivery. Not one person I’ve spoken to has seemed particularly interested in resolving the issues. No managers to speak to! We could have bought this off any other company and I deeply regret not doing so! Terrible customer service! Do not recommend.”

Not one person I’ve spoken to has seemed particularly interested in resolving the issues. No managers to speak to! We could have bought this off any other company and I deeply regret not doing so! “Firstly may I say the delivery company was unorganised and lost the parcel. I contacted Noa And Nani and they told me a new one would be sent out with delivery next day, this arrived 5 days later!. The bed was difficult to put together with instructions which did not match the parts supplied, also some screw holes had been drilled badly. It took my wife and I a total of four hours to fully assemble.”

“Very disappointed from start to finish. We read all the reviews and were happy to place our order, contacting the company first via e mail to make sure we could receive the items on a specific day. We were told we can, and to order on the Weds to receive Friday. Ordered two sets for two holiday homes. E mailed on the Friday as no delivery confirmation to be told the items will not be delivered until Monday!! After another e mail we re arranged delivery for the saturday. We received the delivery the Saturday- but only half of it!!!! Of course the company is shut at the weekend so nothing we could do. We now have half the furniture we require in one lodge and none in the other, being redelivered when next there. Very disappointed. The actual items aren’t the best quality either.”

“Havent actually opened product yet but be warned courier service is shocking . Trouble with communication on when they were actually going to deliver . Then on delivery were rude and were going to leave outside !”

“Awful service. Did not receive bed but received no information. Paid for next day delivery, order status was dispatched, stayed in for item. When bed did not arrive, rung and was told would not be in stock for 8 weeks, had received no contact or apology previous to this. Very bad customer care.”
