“after reading good things about the pillows i was disappointed with my pillow. i woke up in the middle of the night with a sore neck and had to go back to my old pillow as the support in the pillow was really bad. customer service was really good in refunding the money staright away but a shame the pillow wasnt any good.”
“Have just purchased another for my husband. We first found Panda on our Air B&B stay in Truro. You either love it or hate it . But my only issue was this purchase was back dated . I ordered the topper, protecter and pillow together. I expected the 2 items in stock to be delivered and the back order to be sent went arrived. Panda deliveries are so quick. I think you could have split order . I waited a month. Not what l had expected and if l had known l would have split the order into two”
