“Although the quality and the feel of the pillow was wonderful, it just wasn’t right for me as a side sleeper. I found it a little too soft at the edges so during the night I would be propping my head up with my hands to compensate as it became too shallow for comfort. Sent back and am now awaiting my refund. Customer Service has been good so far.”
