“I cannot fault Panda for ease of ordering and delivery, but i wont lie i am still a bit undecided on the pillow! Its smaller than a standard pillow, which isnt a massive issue but pillow cases are way too big. The first night i thought it was brilliant but i have woken up with neck ache a few times since. Its quite firm and flat which takes some getting used to. So overall, I am still not sure!”

Having now given the Panda pillow another try, I now wish I hadn’t been so hasty in returning the first one, because after several weeks of use I can honestly say it has made a huge impact on my condition. I’m not completely pain free, and there’s no cure for spondylosis, but there’s been a great improvement and my sleep quality is much improved too. My use of painkillers has gone down considerably too!
It’s so important that your spine is properly aligned and I would recommend this pillow without hesitation for any other sufferers of this condition.
