“Placed an order for the memory foam pillow. Good communication from the company and the pillow arrived quickly. Well packaged good quality pillow, however it was too firm for me. I requested and return and Panda offered a couple of options one of which was to try a softer version. They confirmed the 30 sleep trial would start again for the replacement. Unfortunately this was also too firm so I requested a return and refund. Both returns were easy, they supply a free DPD returns label. A couple of days after the the pillow was back with Panda the cash was in my account. Definitely a 5* experience, customer service fantastic and very helpful. The process is slick. Even though I didn’t keep the pillow I can say that it was very good quality but just too firm for me. You can deal with Panda in confidence.”

“Great for side sleeping. The only reason for 4 stars is I tend to sleep on my side and back and not so good for sleeping on my back as a bit high. Lovely feel and stay cool at night.”
“I've always had feather and or down pillows so this is taking a bit of getting used to. It is comfortable but quite different from my normal. Decent price. I'm happy enough to keep it but not 100% convinced it is the pillow for me.”
