“I ordered 2 pillows from Panda which arrived quickly. Unfortunately, I found the pillow uncomfortable as it was abit too hard. Customer services were very helpful and sent me a soft to medium pillow which was better but not completely comfortable. Returned the pillow and received a refund without any issues. My husband finds his bamboo pillow very comfortable so we kept that one.”
