“It is too soon to write a review as I did not receive my pillow until 9 Jan 2020. At the moment I'm not finding it very comfortable but its only been 3 days. I bought this as I have not been able to find a pillow to support properly. Not sure this is going to be for me.”
“I will not be buying from you again. I ordered the bamboo pillow from yourselves on the 3/1/20, very fast delivery I received it the following day (4/1/20), but it arrived with 2 black stains on it. I emailed your customer support straight away and they responded with “we are very sorry it must have been a manufacturers issue, we will get a replacement sent out ASAP”. I did not receive the replacement on the day promised, so I went on your online chat and no one came back to me, I then emailed twice and never got a response, so I decided ring up to be told “your very busy around this time of year” but when I emailed the day I received this pillow someone emailed me back within 10 minutes which I thought was very strange.. he then began to tell me there was an issue with the order, so he then redone the ordered again for me and explained it will be sent via DPD express (this was on the following Monday 6/1/20, I did not receive my replacement until 3 days later 9/1/20. This is just not acceptable considering how quick the process was when I placed my original order.. the pillow should have been fully checked before being sent out to me”
