“The pillow is fantastic. Up until now, I've had a Dorma memory foam pillow. The Panda pillow is slightly firmer, but very soft and so comfy. I've now had 5 nights of great sleep. I don't really notice the bamboo cover, as I've used an additional pillow case.
I had ordered the 'Natural' colour Linen / bamboo bedding as well, but the actual colour doesn't match the 'natural' colour on the website, so I have enquired about a refund / replacement.
According to the Customer Service team, I can't get a refund or replacement because I opened the sheets, even though I didn't sleep in them. Although this is detailed on the web site, it is at the bottom of the product page. Apparently this is why they provide the bedding in a same colour pouch of the same material, so customers don't have to open the pack, which is fine, as long as customers are made aware of this and the returns policy on bedding in the first place. I'm not unreasonable and understand why Panda do this, and I should've checked the returns policy in the first place. However, if the colour had been properly represented on the website, I wouldn't be in a position now where I have £220 worth of bedding in a colour I don't want, which I can't return or replace. Very disappointed.

“I first came across yourselves while looking on Amazon and like the idea of having bamboo products. I love the pillow that I currently use and also got one for my son. The bathmat I got looks lovely and feels great on your feet when getting in and out of the bath. Would just like a mat now that can go round the toilet so it matches with the blue bath mat.”

“Overall I loved the pillow. It is really comfortable when I fall asleep on my side and the pillow case is soft and cute. However I tend to turn on my back in my sleep and in the morning I wake up with a neck pain, which was the first reason for me buying this pillow at all... The pillow is just a bit too high for back sleepers I think... I might continue using the pillow to see if anything changes but I'm wondering if it was a good idea buying it... but pillows are such a personal thing. In any case, if you are a side sleeper, I do recommend this pillow!”
