“I haven't given five stars because the second two pillows I ordered are different to the first one I ordered. The first one was nice and soft, balloon like in that it supported my head but it was not noticeable, gently returned to shape as I rolled my head. Slept for six hours first time in decades. The second two I ordered were a lot firmer/ solid, still supports my head but I am aware of some pressure on my face which can disturb my sleep. I do not understand why the second two pillows are a lot firmer than my first one. Both were ordered direct from Panda.”

“I did a lot of research because I wasn’t sure one pillow would work for me ( I am used to 2 particularly as I have a hiatus hernia so often need the lift) and I have allergies and as I get older and fatter, I seem to wake with stiffness in the back and neck... well it has only been 4 nights so far but I love it. It’s cool, I feel supported, and so far the hernia has not minded the low level! I love that it’s sustainable too so though expensive I feel it’s well worth it.”
