This is perfect, soft (but not too soft-I normally prefer a firmer pillow) but with support so I’m no longer moving my pillow around every 10 seconds trying to get it in the right position. “Ordered this pillow and it arrived on time. The pillow is excellent and is all that I expected. But.... the description was that it included a pillowcase. The pillow arrived in a box and inside was a pillow with a zipped case. I searched for the separate pillowcase but it was not there. I enquired from customer services and was told that the zipped case was the pillowcase. I was disappointed as I would not sleep directly on that case and would need to place it in a standard pillowcase.”
