This is perfect, soft (but not too soft-I normally prefer a firmer pillow) but with support so I’m no longer moving my pillow around every 10 seconds trying to get it in the right position. The pillow arrived in a box and inside was a pillow with a zipped case. I searched for the separate pillowcase but it was not there. I enquired from customer services and was told that the zipped case was the pillowcase. I was disappointed as I would not sleep directly on that case and would need to place it in a standard pillowcase.”
