“I already own a panda pillow and love it. My husband does too but his is softer than mine. I purchased another from panda directly and spoke to the customer service department as it was for my father who also wanted a firmer one like mine. They said to write it in the noted when purchasing so I did but unfortunately the one I received is very soft again. There is not way of knowing which pillow you will get. Disappointing because I love my panda pillow and my father suffers from neck problems and it would have been very benifical for him.”
