The pillows are amazing, the standard one sent is Med-firm, if its not for you then contact panda and they will send you one more suitable to your likes.
Its been difficult to find the right pillow with lockdown restrictions, but with Panda products you do not and would not wants to look no further.
I will be buying all their range, when needed.

“The pillow seems great. I found it too soft, as I have been using memory foam pillows for years and prefer the medium/ hard type. One pillow was not enough, two too much. Would definitely recommend a try though. 30 night free trial is excellent and the customer service is second to none.”
“I am so pleased I ordered this pillow, it has absolutely changed my sleep. I have always used memory foam pillows due to neck pain, but I have never had support like this. I'm a side sleeper and this pillow keeps your head inline without crushing your shoulder. It's also super comfy to sleep on your back too (which I usually hate). “There was a delay in delivering the pillow but I was kept informed. I was disappointed that the pillow is smaller than a standard pillow size such that it doesn't properly fill out a standard pillow case. That aside, it is very comfortable and, as I do prefer a cooler pillow, it does cool very quickly and although it needs turning over, it is nicely cool. No neck pain so far!”
