“I was reluctant to spend so much on pillows but am so glad I did. After trying many different types (which defeats the object of saving money!) I decided to try them based on the reviews I read and an article which suggested the testers preferred these to a far more expensive one ( I can't remember where it was). I ordered three which reduced the individual cost which was a nice touch. I was disappointed as they didn't arrive when stated but I did email and got an immediate reply. I got a further apology explaining that the pillows were out of stock and when I could expect them or could have a refund. Eventually I got lots of emails telling me when they were due.
There was a problem where they delivered to the wrong address but after an email they rectified the problem and sent new pillows. My whole family have found them supportive but soft. There was a chemical smell as you would expect with memory foam but it did go fairly quickly.”
