“I bought two pillows, one for my grandmother in law and one for myself. Neither of us can get on with them. They are too soft that they end up suffocating you and also end up hurting your ear. I have woken up a few times having pushed it away in my sleep, with a painful neck from having no pillow. I think I’ve left it too late to return but I was really hoping I’d just “get used” to it :(”
“We both loved the memory foam pillows. the height is just right for me as a side sleeper to help with neck and back issues. Not too sink-y but enough to be comfortable.”

“I had high hopes for these pillows after being pleased with the bamboo memory foam mattress topper. Unfortunately, the pillows were much too firm for me and therefore not comfortable. The returns process was relatively easy, although involved dropping the items off at a DPD collection point, which was not particularly nearby. Pillows are also not a standard size, so my pillow cases didn't fit well.”
