“After receiving my Panda Memory Foam pillow I found it was a little too hard for me so I rang Customer Service and was told to email them and explain what the problem was which I did, after a couple of emails to and from Customer Service I received a return label for the pillow and once it was returned to Panda I emailed customer service again and within two days I received a softer replacement pillow and I am now very happy and sleep extremely well, many thanks Panda and your customer support team”
“I have fibromyalgia and cervical spondylosis and have problems sleeping. I have about 10 pillows of different densitys and fillings. Because finding a comfortable pillow seemed impossible. I have to say this pillow is the best I have tried to date! It hasn't been thrown on the floor in exasperation like all the others. I sleep better and my usual morning headache is very much diminished.”
“The pillow is fine but the service was not the best. I waited over 6 weeks for the pillow to be delivered and when I called to find out why it wasn’t, I was only given an apology and told that someone must have not put it out for delivery.”
