“After receiving my Panda Memory Foam pillow I found it was a little too hard for me so I rang Customer Service and was told to email them and explain what the problem was which I did, after a couple of emails to and from Customer Service I received a return label for the pillow and once it was returned to Panda I emailed customer service again and within two days I received a softer replacement pillow and I am now very happy and sleep extremely well, many thanks Panda and your customer support team”
