“Bought as a gift for my partner as she had complained of neck pain. She seems to like it and I find iv been moving over onto her pillow when she gets up for work. I think I will be getting myself one to.
Out of the packaging it had a strange smell that she described as 'stale coffee' although I thought it was more of a chemical smell. After speaking with Panda customer services I was reassured that it was normal, after 2-3 days the smell had gone.”
“Unfortunately after trying this pillow for quite a long time I still wake up with neck pain, I leave it off the bed and when better, try it again but to no avail it’s just not comfortable. I am so disappointed.”
