anything but stupid, definitely simple. made a huge difference to me already in the few weeks I've been using it. I like to ride so I can eat all the pies, but as I've aged, I've noticed this might not be sustainable. This guide is really helpful and useful, and doesn't take a herculean effort to implement. Thanks!

It is stupidly simple, it doesn't need to be complicated. We are the ones that make things complicated. It's given me the confidents to trial a few things, like eating more. I set a goal from the start of the 12wk plan to drop 6kgs, I'm 8 wks in and down 4kgs so far. Probably 10yrs since I was this weight. It's a winner buy it now
