Found it confirmed all the facts that we already know about nutrition but need to be reminded of from time to time. The suggested meal plans are great. I feel confident that it will help me in my cycling, giving me more sustainable energy for long/hard rides.

Good book. Really helped me understand how to thrive on long-distance endurance rides. 1) Eat and drink enough before the ride, and 2) at regular intervals during the ride. The price of the book was worth it for that alone. A few things to add for the next addition: What about 100% fruit and vegetable juices? Need a formula for making one's own electrolyte replacement mix without sugar. What about eating more fruit if you live in a hot climate where fruit is great and inexpensive? Thanks, I'm glad I read this book.

It is to soon to tell really , however this plan so far is very easy to follow. Matt has great advise and knowledge on fitness and nutrition. After 6 days on the program and not following it to the t I’m down 4 lbs and feel great. I would recommend! I would like to also add that the emails that Matt sends daily are a great reminder to live your best life and stay strong.

This nutrition guide reminded me as to what I had done / changed the 1st 3 months after an acute stemi heart attack, while mtn bike riding. I had other minor complications that contributed to the attack. So I needed to lower carbs / sugar & I noticed a considerable amount of weight loss, as well as reduction in multiple waist sizes in those 3 months, along with 20% riding in the winter. 4th and 5th month I became a bit complacent and was stagnant in weight loss/ staying within a range while indulging in foods more than I should have & battling walking pneumonia. I purchased this guide in hopes of continuing the earlier progress, as now the sense of urgency was not there. Nailed it with this Nutrition Guide as I purchased this on 05.09.22, road 30 miles (48 kilometers) since with absolutely no nutrition problems & no fatigue, and weight loss has once again begun. Highly recommend.
