A great insight for nutritional information, but I thought it lacked in giving out meals/recipes that could be consumed

Yes Matt I have found the goal setting very important!!!.l lost my Mojo June 2020 so I now have three big MTB goals coming up,April,May and Croctrophy next October thanks Richard

I'm a big guy and have tried so many different diets but have always struggled to know what to eat and when to eat although it's a lot to take in its worth all the time it takes as it explains everything and also gives you reasons why.

Very easy to follow and informative - I've switched up my eating habits already and on the right track. I bought this at the same time as the 12 week mtb fitness programme as for me it's the 2 areas I need to sort out. Great work Matt! Thanks
