“The tubes do what they are supposed to do and are a very simple LED conversion option. However, I want to focus on LampShopOnline. It’s easy to score well when things go to plan. However, my measure of a company is what they do when there are issues. Due to a communication mix up I received a different colour temperature from that desired. However, what was delivered was what I actually ordered. I contacted Greig in sales, he instantly recognised the source if the mix up and immediately arranged for a new consignment to be delivered the next day and at the same time collect the wrong product. All at no cost to me. Great job Greig and great job LampShopOnline. I’ll definitely be back!”

“My 2 fluorescent tube lights stopped working after trying few local shops no one seemed to stock this tubes any longer after trying on line lamp shop had them in stock ordered late afternoon and delivery turned up next morning excellent service will definitely use this company again”

“The buying transaction was simple and seamless. The new led tube, which I bought to replace a single fluorescent tube, arrived on schedule. I am not an electrician but found it so simple to convert to led. It was only a matter of swapping tubes , then exchanging the fluorescent starter for a new led starter. I chose the cool white tube, which suits our white kitchen units. These led tubes have a long life and I would guess they would outlive the old fluorescent tubes. The tubes light immediately - no more flickering on start up. They are also cheaper to run.”

“Very pleased, arrived in just a couple of days. It took only a few minutes to replace 4 banks of 4 old florescent tubes and starters with these superb LED equivalents. An easy job for any novice. The difference is incredible, it's like day light in my previously dim garage!”
