“Sadly, the two tubes I purchased both arrived smashed. Two replacement tubes were sent out but these were also smashed; unfortunately, they were not well packed - just placed in a thick cardboard tube. Very disappointing. Emails were answered promptly and a refund was swiftly arranged.”

“We had a delivery problem with the first bulb sent (it had broken) but the Lamp Shop were brilliant and very quickly and kindly sent a replacement (with a spare!!!) which arrived all fine and ok! The bulb is what it is and does what it should (nice light)”

“Unfortunately one (out of the five) of the tubes was cracked on delivery despite being incredibly well wrapped. Thought ide be able to make do but it got worse on fitting....still works though. Just that the cracks are visual when lit. Otherwise all very good.”

“Ordered 4ft LED strip light. The first one arrived and was broken. However, really good customer service when contacted and dispatched a replacement straight away and a second tube as an apology. Would recommend this company.”
