“We needed these T12 tubes for old fittings at the church, so it was good to find a source for obsolete tubes - and reasonably priced as well. The delivery was prompt, and I was given a refund for the 4 tubes broken in transit without any hassle. I would not hesitate to recommend them again.”

“Unfortunately, after order 5 tubes to qualify for free delivery, the single tube alongside the group of 4 arrived broken. if it had been a group of only 4 or 6 units, I think it would have been fine. Not a problem as the cost of the 4 tubes I initially intended to order would have been slightly dearer with postage than the total I paid for the 5 so I haven't requested a refund.”

“Service from lampsonline was very good. Ordering was easy and quick. There was a small hiccup with the delivery date but it was quickly rectified and postage was refunded into my account the next day. When the package arrived, although very well wrapped, one of the flourescent tubes was broken but again the refund was made quickly. All in all a good experience and the church is looking nice and bright again now that we have a source for the old florescent tubes. Thanks to Ellie who dealt professionally with me throughout.”
