“It was easy to find what I needed and order it. Despite being very well packed and marked FRAGILE the tube was unfortunately delivered in many pieces but one telephone call to a very understanding gentleman got a replacement on the way no questions asked.”

“When our kitchen light finally burned out after more than 12 years of use, we were worried it was going to be impossible to find a fluorescent light to replace it. Fortunately it turned out it was easy to find and also easy to order. 2 days later we have light again - and we don't remember the kitchen light ever being this bright!”
