“The first delivery arrived simply wrapped in bubble wrap with no further support - hence in a thousand pieces. On contacting, replacement tubes were sent overnight with a pleasant and rapid response , and full apology from the employee. The tubes themselves are fine and worked as expected”

“First tube arrived broken in transit. Replacement supplied with no quibble. Replacement physically intact but did not function electrically. Second replacement offered or a low energy retrofit. Not confident to try again so asked for refund which was processed with no delay. Overall satisfied with service even though objective not achieved.”
