“Delivery service is extremely poor, email received stating items had been dispatched when not received contacted customer services 6 days later to be told item had not even left depot, Yodel tracker states delivery Tuesday 5 June however no updates and still waiting delivry of item which was on a 5 day delivery now 3 days late with no idea when items will be delivered. Delivery service and updates from Lakeland are a joke.”

“The chairs are very nice looking but appalling quality. The screws weren't long enough to attach the legs to the seats. Quick trip to Screwfix sorted the problem, but really? Wouldn't even consider buying from this company again. You get what you pay for ...”

“Not going well so far ... white seat itself was grubby and had a half inch split in one of the arms. We were offered a reduction in price or replacement for the defective part. Waiting to see how quickly / well this is dealt with. Fingers crossed!”

“I received 4 chairs. 3 are faulty and I'm finding it very difficult to get these returned. I feel the customer service isn't of a good standard. I emailed on the 24th of April and now on the 10th of may I still don't have this dealt with. There is a phone line but they will only deal with faulty items and returns via email which is only open from 9 till 5 weekdays. Im very disappointed with this companys sevice. Unfortunately I would not be ordering from this company again. Nor would I recommend my friends or family to use this company”
