“I ordered 5 stools for next day delivery . Firstly they come with no bolts for the chairs when I rang up I was told I could collect them . Secondly as I carried on opening the boxes one of the stools come with no parts so couldn’t put it up . I rang up again and said could I pick the parts up which they said no . But I could pick the bolts up as I needed them ASAP for my shop opening . After the staff on the phone being awkward and blunt and not willing to help at all . I then emailed to pick them up then I could pick them up . As the people on the phone told me I couldn’t . Thirdly the circle bit on the stools 3 of them was cracked . I am not bothering to ring up for people to give me no help . I have had better service of ordering cheap stools of eBay . Service skills are very poor Wouldn’t buy again”

“Paid for next day delivery in the evening, expecting it to arrive not the next day, but the next. It did not arrive after waiting in all day. I emailed them, they said it would be that day. It did not arrive that day either, but they agreed to refund my next day delivery fee (I asked for this). I emailed them the next morning, and they replied in the afternoon after it had been delivered. My kitchen was then not ready for the party I was hosting that evening and their response was "we usually wouldn't cover for assembly time, but as a gesture of good will we can offer you 5% of the order which would be £10". There was no apology, no formality to the email (the emails were informal to the point of rude indifference). I asked for the telephone number of someone with whom I could talk, and I was given another email address.”

“Still awaiting delivery. Waited 5 days for YODA to connect us to arrange delivery. Spoke to Bradley at Lakeland who was very helpful. He arranged for YODA to ring me and arrange delivery. Still awaiting a call. If the delivery is delayed beyond Tuesday the 9th I will cancel the order and require a refund”

“My bar stool I ordered arrived within 5 day delivery time however within the box was a mixture of two same legs missing parts and the wrong seat no telephone number to contact the company so have to wait for an email reply so I’m left with a useless bar stool very disappointed”
