“Order made 15 June, still waiting for delivery on 25 June. When I emailed to find out when it will be delivered I was given a number to call the courier. As your customer I think that is something you should be doing, not me.”

“They Sent the wrong item and then I had to wait in all day again for collection of the wrong item then a wait for the correct item to be delivered. Poor communication from support service.”

“This is a cheap piece of furniture and you get what you pay for. The quality of the components is poor- there is a very thin veneer which arrived damaged in some places (some places where it would not have been possible to damage in transit). Some of the fixings were also of poor quality and difficult to use. This said it makes a decent piece of furniture so long as you don't look to closely.”

“Purchased and office chair which didn't turn up. I had to call up to see where it was and was advised it had gone back to the depot damaged, and would be sent a replacement which also never showed up. When I called to cancel was told I'd have to wait a week to be refunded. Really bad service this day and age!”

“I ordered a sun parasol, paid extra for 48 hour delivery, it never came. I rang, you said they couldn't find it in the warehouse and it will be delivered on Monday (11th). This isn't at all ideal as the property is a holiday cottage. I am now dependent on the neighbours, also we have an outside table and chairs with no parasol. I have just checked with my neighbours over there and they haven't got it ( Monday 11th) To be fair, they have been out, you may have tried to deliver it, I don't know, but the point is this situation has only occurred because you made a mess on the original order, which ,if expedited correctly, would have arrived while we where still over there. It is causing us all sorts of problems.”

“I have no idea what my ordered chairs are like because they still have not been delivered YET !!! My order was placed on the 1st june at 20:31 . It is now the 11th june and I have not even received a phone call to tell me about the delay. I am not very happy at all . Your quick enough to take payment , but lousy at delivery .”
