“product good service poor..Ordered 12/5 (5 day delivery)..Not arrived by 20/5. checked my invoice and n ot due in stock until 10/6(said i would have been informed on purchase but i didnt see any reference to this) 11/6 requested update..due in stock in a couple of days.waited. 18/6 due in stock tomorrow!!..Received a couple of days later 39days!!! Wouldnt use this firm again”

“We had to pay £14.99 for delivery, although it states free delivery to UK mainland, when you check the exceptions there are more places that don't come under UK mainland than do!. Our premises are very much in the UK so should be classed as free delivery. It also stated £14.99 for next day delivery, we didn't receive the item until 4 days later.”

“The product itself is terrible quality. The instructions are almost indecipherable. Having to wait so long for such an inadequate item to be delivered was shocking. Thoroughly disappointed.”

“They asked if I wanted to try one of the chairs out of 4 I had ordered so we did. It wasn't suitable and would not come apart (it was a swivel chair with wheels so naturally the main strut had to be in strongly - meaning it wouldnt disassemble). They are excrutianting to get hold of and they are going to charge £55 from the cost of the chair which was only £80! Only use them if you are SURE you want the item.”
