1. Order not acknowledged - was told you hadn’t received my money and had NO record of my order, money or details then the very next day, a parcel arrived 2. It was only the table, so half an order now, but you was still telling me there was no record of me 3. Got home yesterday to a card from Parcel Force saying that they’d failed to deliver it,. And would try again today, I got no notice of any delivery 4. Two packages have been delivered today, but as yet, we have not unpacked them . 5. My son and I ordered our goods at the same time and he’s in a worse situation than us . He’s had a package today, just one box with four legs in it. No table and no chairs. Both us believed we were buying from Lakeland, a trusted brand, I don’t think it’s the same Lakeland. And I’m very tempted to tell of our experiences on Facebook, but I’ll see how my son fares with his purchase.

Ordered over a week ago still hasn't arrived, apparently it was damaged in transit and was sent back. Unhelpful customer services no apology no offer of any comepensation and still no chair. Will certainly never use again

I paid for next day delivery. The chairs turned up with no legs. The legs arrived the next day. I emailed customer services asking for a refund of £14:99 for the next day delivery charge. No response received.

I haven't received the items I ordered yet. They deliver the full items where I couldn't accept as I was not informed that they would deliver in three different times. I had to make calls several times but so far I haven't received an apology or a single email explaining what is happening and when can I expect the delivery to be made. I believe you have to make a compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused. I think it is very unprofessional not to inform anything about the delay. Or when you are going to make a refund. I even requested to inform me the method of making a complaint from the agent and he promised to send me but I haven't received it yet. (I wonder if this link is what he mentioned)

Lovely garden dining set but we're disappointed with the quality of the rattan. Two of the chairs the rattan was split on the arms of the chairs which is sharp and there are marks on the other chairs. Contacted Lakeland by email but no reply

Is it a joke? I placed an order and after a few days I was told that the item was not in stock. Just lousy.
