“Terrible service. My order was around £100. Paid for next day delivery. Still not received my order as it was ‘lost’. Been re ordered and still not here and neither is my refund for next day delivery. Very disappointed with this service”

“Chrome was not good with many blemishes. Circular seat pads were not evenly circular. Assembly was almost impossible without bending the metal.”

“Overall the chair is nice to look at. However, when assembled, there was a difference in the length of the legs, causing the chair to tilt noticably on an even surface. If any pressure was applied to the backrest of the chair (i.e. leaning back), there is noticeable forward movement of the rear legs due to the lack of support between the front and rear legs. This makes the chair feel very unstable. I was therefore very unsatisfied with the quality of this chair and have requested a return.”

“Ordered my garden furniture 25 days ago and it’s still not arrived despite the website stating delivery was 7-14 days... so can’t comment on the product as I’m still waiting!!”

“I placed my order for a bed frame on the 24th June. I revved notification that the order was shipped on the 25th June although no delivery date or time was advised. Concerned that the delivery had gone astray, on the 2nd July I requested a delivery update from the team. No specific date was forthcomming but I was given a number to contact at Buzz Logistics. They advised the delivery date which was on the 3rd July, 8 days from order. It then became evident that the item delivered was incorrect being of the wrong size. This was reported straight away and the following day was advised that the correct item would be sent. I highlighted the urgent nature of the need for this to be rectified and sent asap as I was without a bed. I was advised the correct item was dispatched on 4th July so assumed it would be sent next day being as this was an error and highlighted as urgent. Once again no delivery date forthcoming so on the 12th July I requested an update on the delivery and was advised the this will now take place on the 17th July, 23 days on from the original order. In summary I have experienced difficulty in communication, incorrect items sent and unacceptably long delivery and at the time of writing this still not received.”

“I ordered from Lakeland and was advised of shipment 9 days ago. I had to chase the company for details of their logistics company. I was advised my product would be delivered yesterday...but no show and no explanation. Still no furniture.”
