“Furniture itself good but assembly instructions completely wrong! Luckily I have practical husband who was able to work out. Plus only 11 spring washers included for 2 stools when 8 needed for each so had to spend £5 to purchase some to be able to put together properly.”

“Once put together it looks as hoped for and works well but we bought two and the seat only sits snugly into one and we needed to ask for extra long screws to attach the seat as the once that came with the stool were nit long enough, two new sets were sent out immediately - Well Done! They were great for one stool but unfortunately felt too long (the were M6 30mm) for the other as you could feel them through the padding so I bought some more (M6 20mm roof bolts @ 97p + VAT for 10 from Screw-fix) and they did the job nicely - although they would have been too short for the other seat annoyingly). Overall the seats are look good and feel solid and strong but feel a bit hastily put together in some places.”

“What a disappointment. There is no swivel feature! My husband had to spend some hours dismantling the seat to drill new holes as only two of four were aligned properly. He also had to go out to purchase new bolts as 4 that were supplied were the correct size whilst the other 8 were too short.”

“still not received order despite it being despatched on 28.8 - Lakeland unfortunatley use yodel which means you need to expect lots of delivery issued and damaged deliveries.”

“For Lakeland quality horrible. Base is too light have set it up and used to realise that. Wish I could send back. 1 piece has come broken. Will be contacting for replacement of that. Rubbish cheap quality.”
