“There was a floo protector missing and the seat had a sc ranch on it. The quality of the rest of the floor protectors were questionable and would soon be not fit for purpose and end up scratching a tiled floor, in my opinion. I didn't put it together cannot comment on the questions below”

“Absolutely terrible . Purchased a few times off this site no problems at all so thought they were a brilliant company, so I went and paid a lot of money for a Granada dining set I saved a long time for . When it was delivered I had no parasol that it said was included and the cushions were different colours when they should have been all white ..... when I asked for correct cusions I was told No . So I was sold something that they didn’t have which is shocking and they had no intention of fixing they’re mistake. They paid me £100 refund on it when it’s going to cost me a lot more than that to get the cusions covered never mind the time and hassle . Very disappointed and upset .”

“Delivery was ok but I got no text to give me a time slot and it turned up at 7:30am so was an inconvenience. The furniture we ordered was ok but a lot cheaper looking than it looked in the photos and there is a large hole in a corner where the rattan effect plastic has all come away from the frame which is disappointing.”

“Bar stool very dissatisfied with even more so when I tried too get it collected after many text answering the same questions got there in the end.I have only returned one item to Lakeland before after many years with the company, never had a problem,if this was just the furniture side, I will take care what I choose in the future if there is a next time.Delivery service is great,returning another story.Sorry about this report,but I feel you need to know what is letting you down,I am 77 disabled and don't need things to be made complecated. Sincerely yours”

“Took 3 months to arrive after it said in stock online we were told it was actually out of stock so we waited 3 months and when it finally arrived a part was missing ! We have now been sent the wrong part twice so we went to the warehouse only to be told the part we need is no longr available until next year. We now have one corner in the brown colour which doesn't match th rest until next yer when they say they can re order the part we need in the correct colour. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE IT HAS BEEN ONE THING AFTER ANOTHER and their customer service is shocking”
